09/14/2019. Thought I give SC another go...It appears nothing has changed. Products that I use to buy or had bought not in stock. So I only had 4 items to check out. Four cashiers were opened...7/9 customers deep in each one. Four of the self checkouts were open with signs on the other four that said, "out of order!" Those were 3/4 deep with customers. When my SC card expires I will NOT be renewing! SAD...SC is just like Walmart now!
I joined Sams club on 6/28 under a special that offered $30.00 in instant savings and a $20 gift card. The special said the offer was good for 30 days from sign up. I went to use the offer on 7/18 and was told it expired. I contacted Sams club support and was told the offer expired on 7/4 and therefore so did the benefits I was offered. That was never placed in the original offer and is a clear case of bait and switch. I should have joined Costco.
food service and cleaning is bad i bought pizza with drink and no allowed a all. the drink machine is dirty the pizza was old

At Sam's Club I receive consistently horrific service. What is even worse is that there seems to be a corporate culture of keeping it that way.

Good selection, great prices! Membership services is a different story. The lady was rude and argued with me about when I became a member. I was supposed to receive a $20 gift card for becoming a new member, but she said I've been a member since 2014. That's funny because I just bought my first membership last week! Eventually she called a manager and straightened things out. It was a rough start though! 😠
