Do NOT get a COVID booster here. They do NOT honor appointments. With an appointment, I waited more than 45 minutes, only to be told they're doing first come, first serve. And, they were rude.

Pharmacist refused to fill a med from my psychiatrist because she didn't agree with the dosage. The pharmacist fills the order, but this one thought she was the doctor. Huge hassle. Crappy staff at Sam's.

I'm done with Sam's. They can't keep anything in stock. Now that said I have to order on line. Not for me.

Just recently, I have been treated differently by the helpers,have been going there for years,I guess you cant be a white person.I have a bi racial family of course they do not know that, but they see I am white and for whatever reason they discrimanate against me.Really sad.Only evil,ignorant,people act in that manner.

I brought my 8 year old here for new glasses. He had worn glasses since he was 9 months old. The ladies here were amazing with him! They helped him find just the right frames that he loves, and the he loves the new colors of tinted transitions! He has a big head so we had to go to mens sizes! They shaped the ear peices just right to be comfortable for him! All in all, 10 out of 10 would for sure recommend!

The optical center is so unorganized took off work and drove over to store to pick up a prescription and guy I talked to said to come by before 5pm and I could pick it up then I get there and said that I couldn't pick it up if I knew that I wouldn't of took off work to go pick it up ridiculous!!

Come to Sam's club optical we have a very friendly staff and low prices. Our youth frames are buy one get one free with a one year warranty included!

The Joplin Sam's Club Optical Center is great and so very helpful. Scott and Leo are super supportive. My husband broke his glasses while entering the store, and cannot see to drive without glasses. They found a pair of frames that could hold his lenses temporarily and put his lenses in them. We are so grateful for their kind help and effort!! I love Dr. Hage as well. She is so kind and throrough in her exams. This is a great place to go when you need glasses!

Horrible shopping experience, and even worse than Walmart. Also, produce is limited, while mostly their stock is all processed frozen food junk. Additionally, you don't save much at (all if the price of toilet paper is indicative of the other merchandise pricing), and similar to Sav A Lot, and Aldi you have to bag to your own groceries. Moreover, they demanded to view the email for my 15% student discount even though I wrote down the number prior to departing my home, and everyone knows you can barely make a call from inside... read more
