I shop at Sam's Club when needed. 10yrs+ The one thing that I detest is to hear the walkies so loud. EXCRUCIATINGLY LOUD!!! Please get a mass quantity of earpieces to your employee!!!! Does anyone else find this deafening!! Tell them, please. Noise pollution!!!

I have been on hold for 20 minutes. I have called 3 time. I have not resolved my problem. Very frustrating!
Don't try to call them. They never answer the phone, or if they FINALLY do, they are rude and unhelpful.
I'm the mother of that four year old. And that manager who offered the 20 dollars was pretty rude. He acted as if he was doing me a huge favor.And I don't believe that employee was fired either.
Terrible customer service. A four year old gir was assulted by a bakery woker a this location. And the store manager offered her mother 20 dollars for compensation.
