I went to buy strawberries for my students and was turned down by 2 SAMS CLUBS and told they couldn't sell me any because Sam's was gonna use them for chocolate dipped there was no sign indicating that they were gonna do that and what if people dont want chocolate dipped . Buen servicio y buenos productos
A supervisor had a bad customer service , suggested the customer maybe changed the price of the olive oil , when the store set on the wrong place on the wrong price. I took the picture and show what they did. After all his never apologized, was disappointed and upset .
Can't live without shopping at Sam's. The prices are just right when shopping in bulk.
Why isn't there an attendant at the Plano location gas station? I have gone there several times to fill up my tires and no one is there to help me. I went inside the store and member services stated they would send some one. After 15 minutes of waiting, I went back in the store and asked the same question and got the same response. I went back and waited some more still no one showed. Frustrated and mad I left.
