They are handling the flow of people during this crisis very well, a lot better than a couple of weeks ago. Limiting the amount of people in and they had a lot of stuff in stock

I am not employed by Sams nor do I get an employee discount. I refuse to use self checkout anywhere. That is taking jobs away from people. They only have two cashiers stands open on a SUNDAY!!! The rest is snail pace self checkout. Most people I watched struggled with the self check. Not for me. Hello Costco.

The new Home repair reps that are working near the exit are waaay too aggressive! They are insistent that you talk to them and keep pestering until you have to get rude in order for them to leave you alone. I was so uncomfortable when he was pressuring me to give him my zip code and husband’s name. Am I going to have to figure out an escape plan every time I shop here from now on???! ***The one star rating is for the repair reps only, the rest of the store and staff are 5star for sure!

I was 2 hours late for my delivery due to the fact that I was sitting in a hospital bed for 5 hours. Then the lady had an attitude with me when I told her that I called in advance to give them the situation. I have sent a message to the corporate office in Bentonville, AR.
