So disappointed my niece ordered a cake in advance for her daughter 2nd birthday and was supposed to be ready for pickup at 2pm and was not even started as in not even baked not anything and all they have to say is someone called in sick wow only one cake decorator??? Really????
All the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about the store. I love the vendors with all the samples. We shop there often and are never disappointed
Need to open more checkouts on a weekend.. Lines were horrible with 5 to 6 people or more waiting
Today I was pretty disappointed with Sam's in Janesville. Normally you are my #1 go to bakery for cakes, cupcakes and cookie cakes. This time when I ordered a cookie cake on Friday 1/20, I was greeted (via phone) with a very rude woman who was the furthest from helpful. I went to pick up my cookie cake today for my husbands birthday to find the plainest and nothing what I asked for decorated cookie.
