I've used click and pull for years. It is awful and never improves. The workers are polite but saddled by poor management and no cohesive rules for pick up. The digital check in never works, and dont order any fresh produce. I've received moldy grapes and limp lettuce. I know better now.

Grand Blanc Sams Is Amazing! I am sooo beyond impressed by how quicky they are restocking after all of the hoarding! All of the customers were kind and helpful as always. Sams club you're worth every penny of our membership! GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!
A case of water that was 2.99 this past Saturday is 7.99 today. (Thursday) I can’t believe Sam’s would price gouge due to this virus.
I'm afraid to use the bathroom there twice now I've felt mentally violated in the men's bathroom with guys checking me out by looking at my genitalia I like Sam's but that's twice now I almost don't want to go there anymore
Besides having fun shopping and spending my life savings every time (!) I want to thank the person who turned in my lost wedding ring this past Tues. Feb. 11. There really are some good people left in this world!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!
My son was having a meltdown because he wanted to play with toy cars I was buying. I tried opening one only to find out it was literally screwed to the package. When we got to checkout Gabby & Katina took the time to help us open it and unscrew one to appease my irrational toddler. Angels in disguise and absolutely incredible service.
my daughter was married on Halloween and we ordered a 3 tiered cake from the Grand Blanc bakery. Upon our arrival for the cake we found that the order was never pulled, they didn't make the cake that was due to be at the reception in an hour and a half with no rectification in site. I had to call around in frantic measures to find someone that could whip up a wedding cake in an hour and a half. Finally I found Tasty Layers to save the day. I have been there twice in the last 2 weeks, one line is open for someone to “help” check you out. What is my membership paying for? When I address the problem with the employees and the manager I’m treated like I’m an inconvenience and how dare I speak up, really? The role reversal that somehow as a customer, I should feel fortunate to be able to do business in their store versus reality, I am the customer, where is your customer service?
