Just get rid of the curb service, it’s not being used for it’s single purpose. Customers instead use it as a loading dock and parking space. If you’re not going to fix something get rid of it completely. Customers continue to get led on and then let down.
Still sitting outside trying to pickup my paid for pallet of Dasani water......was told they would “see” if they could get it for me. Every time I come here I say it will be my last, but this time I mean it!!!!!!!! Nobody wants to work anymore or take pride in their job!!!!
I love it here, and I love their app. so I just walk in and walk out don't have to deal with lines or people who don't know how to cash themselves out �
answer yals dam phone and stop putting people on transfer if all yal are going to do is hang up! 5 calls without a manager is way unacceptable!
Management skills suck they don't know how to treat customers
Had trouble gettting a $4.98 book to scan. Dom came to "help." After many tries, asked for a mgr. He argued w/ my husband, said, " I work here! Who do YOU think YOU are," when asked about his attitude, threw the book on the belt, claimed to call said mgr. (he didn't), then stormed off. Mgr wasn't much better, made excuses for rude customer service, then a lady who wasn't even privy to 1/2 the conversation butted in to defend Sam's (claiming she was there for parts of the convo she wasn't), and proceeded to threaten my family... read more
