Great place with all you need to do it yourself. The monthly plan is the best, unlimited use and big discount for multiple cars. Now if I could just get my wife to use it more!!!!
They decided not to honor the online price that was offered. I was given the option to extend my membership for three months at 50% off, but when I went in to complete the renewal, the employee told me they would not honor that price. Because of this experience, I plan to cancel the memberships on my other vehicles as well. On top of that, the actual car wash does a terrible job cleaning the vehicles. I've been coming to Riptides for a while now and honestly these guys deserve a shoutout. Every time I pull in everybody's in a good mood and actually seems to care instead of just trying to rush cars through. Bryson has always been cool with me. He's helped me pick the right wash more than once and never tries to upsell me on stuff I don't need. Just a genuine dude that's easy to talk to.
