Like they have clean towels and cleaners available when I come out to wipe my car down. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Shout out to Matt who helped last weekend. Will be going back.
Great customer service at the Concord location! I had some sticky, tar-like spots all over my SUV, and Matt noticed I was struggling to get them off. He offered assistance and went above and beyond to help remove them. I truly appreciated his help. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be returning for future car washes.
Excellent service always. Everyone is completely helpful and courteous. The facility is always clean and everything moves along in a timely manner. Today, Matt, was just amazing. He and the entire team always make us feel welcome. We have a family plan here for a reason!
They have everything you need and cleaning supplies are always well stocked. Say hi to Matt while you're there. Good dude and always helpful!
