Sam is so kind and all of his products are top tier. I bought the molasses ham, smoked cheddar and smoked salmon. My father was in love with his Xmas ham and everyone raved. Sam was kind enough to through in a bonus and was so accommodating with a last minute request. Love the small business vibe and will never order from anyone else. Regular customer going forward. Thank you Sam for an amazing Christmas dinner and a wonderful shopping experience!
Ordered the 10lb Molasses ham shipped to my house for Thanksgiving, everyone loved it. Nice flavor and color, reheats well. Price is competitive with other bespoke options. Communication is clear. I ordered several weeks before Thanksgiving and asked Sam to ship the Monday before the holida, he did so no problem!
Got andouille sausage and smoked salmon and they were both absolutely fantastic. Could not recommend more highly,
Picked up the processed meat. The order was correct to specs. The service was friendly and quick. Answered all my questions and gave me some preparation advise.
Sam is amazing butcher. We ordered the porchetta and the old fashioned ham for Christmas. They were both delicious. The meat comes in Styrofoam cooler with ice packs. We definitely will order again.
