Sam was so accommodating and patient with the group I was with. He called around to different insurance companies, trying to get someone who would have a lower rate for the people buying my car. He was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back in the future.
Let’s start by saying when we walked in the storefront it was empty. Had to call the number outside and “Sam” answered the phone like I woke him up from a nap. Then he appears out of a random closet door where I know he was sleeping. That should’ve been the red flag. I Had to get a reconstructed title and it took 3 months. Come to find out “Sam” had it on his desk for months because “he lost my phone number”. Get the title back and he literately did nothing but give me a copy of my original title and did not fill out the rec... read more
