The owners have changed! Not at all impressed!
We have been a long time, multi-generational customers of Sam's Auto. Under Frank we were treated incredibly well. Under Q and Sultan, they have been amazing in carrying that standard of customer service forward. They continue to be understanding and accommodating of whatever issues arise and try to resolve as quickly as possible. We are glad that we can continue as customers and not need to go elsewhere.
Really happy with the service! They schedule appointments and take in emergencies too. The staff were really great while I went for an oil and tire change. In and out real quick! Sam at the front desk and Pete who serviced my car are really nice people. Definitely my go to spot for oil and tire changes!
Amazing customer service, very educated and knowledgeable mechanics in the shop. Trustworthy service that won't make you disappointed. Felixable with payment arrangements and will make every effort to find the best parts suitable for your vehicle needs.
Have had them do my tire changes for years and whenever I run over a stubborn nail they are the first people I think to call to get it patched. Quick easy and affordable. The best in the business!
