Great shop with excellent customer service! I’ve been coming here for the past 15 years, and the service has always been outstanding. Frank was a great man, and I wish him all the best in his retirement. He’s passed the business on to a great young fellow who’s continuing in Frank’s footsteps and carrying on the same high standard of service. Keep up the great work, fellas!
UPDATE: the NEW owner just called me from an unknown number to harass me about my review. If my review were false, then he wouldn't be defensive and taking this many steps to harass me. He's proven himself to be incredibly unprofessional. In his reply he states “I would never apologize to someone like you”, so why call me? Other than to harass me? The truth hurts. Unfit. Avoid wasting your time and money at this establishment. It is run by young, unprofessional men who seem clueless about their work. They lack communication skills and do not prioritize customer service. I took my Toyota Corolla in for a new compressor installation, and was initially quoted $350 over the phone with my own parts. However, after six days, I picked up my car and was charged $840. When I asked the manager and owner why the cost was so high, they couldn't recall the original quote. Frank is the owner and is very fair with his pricing. If you need a reputable place to service your car or even buy a used car, this is the place! Note: Sam's was bought by another person. I took my car in the afternoon BEFORE my scheduled "Appointment". He calls me (the afternoon of my appointment)to say, "we had to finish another person's car, so we cant get to yours until tomorrow. Is that okay"? I later checked how much he charged for the parts and found out he adds 30 to 40% markup! Be wary!
Under new ownership, had my car for a full day for a short job and told me after they had closed that they would not finish my car that day despite telling me otherwise when I had called 30 minutes prior to pick up. Gave me quotes for only the wrong parts
