Sam's been my trusted car guy forever
They state they will do convertible tops, but when you drive to this "business" and are told the guy who does it is gone for a week, and to call then, not taking any information. Then I called back a week later and even left a voicemail. Then another week later, no call back. This clearly is a shop that doesn't want customers or money.
