I MADE THE MISTAKE OF PURCHASING A CAR AT THIS DEALERSHIP TRUSTING THAT THEY WERE SELLING ME A VEHICLE THAT WAS IN GOOD CONDITION AS THEY SHOULD. THE SALESMAN MIKE SOLD ME A 2016 BMW WHICH HE NEVER LOOKED AT OR CHECKED TO SEE IF THERE WAS ANYTHING WRONG WITH IT BEFORE SELLING IT. I SAY THAT CAUSE I ASKED SEVERAL QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CAR AND HE HAD NO CLUE. HE ALSO SOLD ME A EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR 3,000 DOLLARS WHICH I HAD NO PROBLEM BUYING JUST IN CASE I EVER NEEDED IT. My son bought a BMW there on 4/25/25, had problems (over heating) 3 days later had it towed back was there for over a week. They claimed they fixed had to drive back over an hour to pick it up a week later the car is acting up again with the same issue but the salesman ( Mike Car) would not take the calls now it’s past the so called 30 days and he finally answers and says it’s our problem now!
They sold me a vehicle with a broken radio, bad brakes, rotors, and needed an alignment Mike claimed he’d get things fixed but has not. I told I didn’t want the car unless he fixes theses issues and he promised they’d be fixed. Mainly the radio he claimed it would be fixed by the next Wednesday then by Saturday then told me to drop the car back off on Monday.
