YES: THIS IS THE CORRECT BUSINESS FOR THIS REVIEW. This loser plows through going above 45mph in a plaza where pedestrian are walking nearly crashing into other vehicles and people. Call to voice concern with such erratic driving. Not sure if drinking on the job is permitted. Do better instead of insulting people through the phone very unprofessional and dangerous to others. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews but if I can prevent someone else from having the experience my relative had, then this is necessary. If zero stars were an option, I would give this shop a zero. A relative of mine had a car come to this shop and they couldn't figure out the problem. This shop is only equipped to look at simple cars like Toyotas, Hondas, Nissans, Chevy's etc, because the knowledge and expertise needed to work on foreign high end vehicles is greatly lacking at this shop. We took our company van in and Sam diagnosed the problem. He promised the van would be ready at a certain time and no doubt about it, it was ready. The van runs like brand new. We had two other vans that had some issues. we took it in and again the repairs were done to our satisfaction. Our company is very grateful for the efficient and timely service by this mechanic. This shop had earned all of our vehicle repairs in the future. It is hard to find a reliable mechanic. Keep up the awesome service, Sam.
