RESPONSE PART 2 TO MARTIN PRISTINE AND MAPRI. – BMW of Austin do not sell used bmw CONVERTABLE for under $10,000... this is why you came to me. You also came for a 7 series and begged me to fix the convertable when it still had body damaged. S&A painted the bumper cover and INSTALLED 1 ITEM.... the Air duct plastic. I INSTALLED YOUR TRUNK HANDLE, CONVERTABLE TOP PLASTIC, BATTERY, FAN BLADE, AND SHROUD. I paid for the battery, fan blade, and the shroud. Super honest mechanics and car dealers – I bought a Hyundai from Sam's Auto in January 2011 and I figured I'd write a review about how great these folks are in all of Austin due to their great service, fair prices and friendliness.Not only was my car well maintained when I purchased it, but it was extremely clean and perfect condition for a used car. RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE!!!!!DONT TAKE YOUR CARE HERE – The truth is that i should have gone to BMW of Austin. At least they stand behind their new and used vehicles. All of the cosmetic items that were replaced on the car were NOT DONE BY YOU. I paid for the parts that i got at BMW of Austin and for the labor to S&A Auto Repairs for installing them. If I, Sam, the owner had the opportunity to not sell them a BMW that he begged me to fix the body repairs, I would have never sold it to them. Martin needs to go to a BRAND NEW car lot and purchase a car with ZERO miles. I replaced a BRAND NEW BATTERY for free a week later, EVEN THOUGH HE SIGNED A PAPER SAYING AS-IS!!! NO WARRANTY !!! Sam is a mechanic worth your trust! – I live north, but took a used Camry to Sam upon my sister's recommendation. Sam gave it a thorough used car inspection. He told me maintenance required immediately and also what needed to be done, but could wait a bit. His charges were reasonable. Since that first trip I have taken 3 other cars to him, one being my Acura that was still under warranty but needed new brake pads.
