Will never return here as I got so much work done here because I had a good experience with them before. First called to say something was wrong with my valve, then an hour called to say I.t was my spark plugs then called and hour later and said it's my Coil. Paid $450 then told me my coolant hose is leaking and charged $100 for that. Had the same issues two months later, they told me it's my thermostat and then I took it to another dealership and they told me and showed me my thermostat is fine. Recommendedbest work for reasonable prices and they have the best staff out of anywhere else I've been. friendly knowledgeable courteous and on the ball with it all. very pleased with the whole experience. �� just found out Tony is gone. I have had so many bad experiences at other places, but not here, Tony was the BEST! Always did a great job, at a reasonable price! Just called here to have snow tires put on, quoted a starting price of $85! ��that’s crazy?! So on my way to Mavis to pay $52. Miss you Tony!!!
I brought my truck in after a minor accident. Being new to the area I was worried about where to take her. I saw that Sam's was right down the road so I thought well that convenient. Anyways, they got my truck right in & took care of it. I am relieved to have found such a friendly group of people there to work on my truck. Thank you for easing my mind. If I have any other issues I'll be sure to bring it to Sam's

I was referred to Sam's by my insurance company after I moved to Syracuse 2 years ago and hit a deer. I LOVE Sam's! Tony takes excellent care of my car, explains everything & I trust him. I'm vey happy. My husband and I now have all our car services done here. We highly recommend them!
