Consumate professionals – I have been a loyal customer to Sam's for over 15 years. They always go out of their way to make sure that I am completely satisfied.
Great service and repair... – When I had to have my Durango repaired out of pocket to avoid an insurance claim, Sam's worked with me to point out what definitely needed to be replaced and what could be salvaged. They even hammered out my original bumper rather than charge me for the replacement. There were even some scratches he easily could have charged me for repainting which he buffed out free of charge. Avoid - they just want your $$ – My insurance company recommended this company. They were not helpful, dismissed one of my main concerns (headlight not working) and quoted me the maximum amount possible for the repair (>$700). My regular car repair shop recommended a much more affordable fix which even addresses the headlight issue ($130). I was not impressed, felt like just they were after my pocketbook.
