Not professional. I Don't advise this company at all!!!
I called to have two of my units serviced and was instantly answered by a “hello, who’s this?” Then I asked if this was Sam’s ac and he said yes and asked where I was located with a comment “in china?” I’ll take my business elsewhere with this lack of professionalism!
Horrible company. My slumlord uses this service. This guy has come into my home (twice) and disrespected me, leaned all over my furniture with his hands and sweat, during a pandemic. He cannot walk up stairs or wear a mask because “he has asthma.” He has asked to use a step stool, bleach, a funnel, my water hose, etc. Told my dog to shut up. Told me “people don’t know how to Google”, and that I should be pouring bleach down the drain monthly. I have never had to pour bleach in an inside unit, EVER. Never rectified the proble... read more
