Glenn is so responsive and communicates well. My water bill was high and he figured out what was going on pretty quickly. I used him again after he came to assess my water filtration system and helped me understand what maintenance I needed to keep up on and helped make it a more secure, sustainable system. I highly recommend Sampson’s Plumbing.
Glenn did a good job checking for leaks plus also showed where future problems need fixing.
Arrived on time and was able to determine what the issue was and resolved the problem!
My toilet was not flushing without leaking at the bottom. Glenn had the problem diagnosed quickly. He asked me do you want to see the roots? I looked at him not understanding what he was saying until he presented a bag of tree roots for me to see. This is a common occurrence in Tucson. These Roots had invaded my plumbing and prevented master bedroom toilet from operating correctly.
