The best service! So friendly!
I am from out of town and needed a minor repair on my eyeglasses. After a brief phone, call asking if I could be seen I went to the practice. The staff in the practice was very pleasant. J Hopper took me immediately and solved my problem. I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant and accommodating experience.
I did not even make it into the office with my children, as I had forgotten to reschedule the receptionist (Sue) had called and was extremely rude and disrespectful, I can only imagine how she would have reacted had I brought my special needs children in. From other comments it seems as though she should just be fired cause the actual doctor sounds pleasant. Such a shame losing business and missing out on a good doctor due to a rude receptionist.
I have nothing but excellent service. Been there four times in the last six months, three times to get a Prism decal for doublevision. They were so easy to deal with that I also had my eyeglass lenses filled there as well. I recommend them to everybody I encounter. Everybody there is so nice, welcoming and patient.
