Called Sampson Insurance Agency today because I received 2 policies for my recently purchased vehicle, with 2 different insurance amounts. The individual that I spoke to lacked basic customer service skills, was extremely rude, spoke with a sarcastic tone, and would not tell me how much my monthly payments would be.
