Tried to file a grievance and the owner of the company blocked me.
Ive reached out to this place on 2 separate occasions trying to find a therapist and its in a convenient location for me. I've had to leave voicemails both times. The voicemail says they will reach back out within one business day and they never have. Maybe dont say that if you aren't going to reach back out at all even?
