Sampson Construction negligently crossed multiple lanes of traffic diagonally and hit me and totaled my vehicle. Was ticketed on the spot and for two years has refused to pay medical bills from this accident. You learn a lot about a company by their character of not taking responsibility for their willful negligence. I am in pain daily and am ultimately disappointed in a Nebraska company that would fight to not pay for pain and suffering they caused for hiring such a negligent driver.
