The whole experience was fantastic especially since as a first time home owner and not knowing what to do or having the tools to fix it myself. They got the job done quickly and professionally for a weekend call. Knows their stuff. Definitely recommend.
Lady who answered was rude. Also, who claims to be a plumber and not work on a mobile home? A toilet is a toilet to my knowledge? But I definitely would not recommend after the rudeness and clear lack of knowledge to help someone regardless of what they live in! Seems like a joke really!
Troy was wonderful! When we needed a whole new faucet and pipe for our hose he was great at explaining it all. Not only did he do a an excellent job at replacing it all, he was an absolute pleasure to talk to. Before we knew it the job was done and he was showing us the work he had completed. We would definitely recommend Sampsell's Plumbing to any of our neighbors!
I hope they are not experiencing a family emergency, because I called them for a non-emergency (2 of 4 toilets not working) with no reply after answering service conveyed message. I called 2 more times, begging for at least a callback if they were unavailable. Finally, called and labeled concern an emergency and requested to speak to someone from Sampsell by the end of the day. No call back ever. USE ROTO ROOTER INSTEAD!!!! They are great and reliable.
