Nothing but issues since Dr Edele left. Impossible to be seen and nobody is friendly. Do not recommend.
Never waited less than an hour for my appointment, block out 3 hours of your day if you want an appointment. This goes for blood work as well.
Dr. Gupta truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen, explain, and make sure you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Her compassion and professionalism make every visit a positive experience. The staff, especially Vanessa and Porsche, are always so welcoming, kind, and helpful — they really go above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. I couldn’t ask for a better team!
Tried to contact them so many times, left several messages and no response! They don’t truly follow up or call back when patients are in need of referrals. Needless to say, I’ll find a new primary care!
