We recently moved into our new home and what a fantastic journey it's been! Cannot thank Mohammed and his team at Sampina enough. From concept drawings to helping on material selection, they have been alongside us through out the journey. The two-pack finish of the kitchen cabinetry turned out even better than what we had imagined. Each cabinetry work done - walk in wardrobes, linen cupboards and library have turned out amazing and to the detail we wanted. Thank you Sampina!
Zero pride in their product. Such a shame that the staff are so nice! I’ve never seen a new build have so many chips in joinery. There was also so much sanding left under the drawers, drill bits left, and grubby marks on higher shelving. Plaster where they have ‘fixed’ looks like someone has taken white out and just painted over chips looks just woeful. So many chips under wet areas is just a recipe for disaster… how is this work even remotely ok? Different sized hinges used in cupboards too.
Horrible experience with this company, they came last year to cut a hole in the back of a pot draw to make room for a plug. When the guy took the back of the draw he said he didn’t have the tools on site to do it and would take it back to the workshop to do, 8 months later after many phone calls to follow up asking where the back of our pot draw is they finally got back to us and asked US to measure the hole for the back of the draw!!!!
