A very stylish accomodation, well located with a beautiful view. Comfy king bed, but it was a little low. The finishes throughout were top quality; unfortunately I did find that it lacked a little 'practical space' for unpacking a suitcase, seating and the bathroom was tiny. Although finished to perfection, the bathroom was a 1 person place....for a romantic getaway, a bit more room is needed in the shower area at the very least. This is my reasoning for 4/5 stars. We had a wonderful time in the Samphire studio. We were welcomed by our host with warm bread, a bottle of wine, cheese, home made jam. The decor was lovely and unit was very clean. We spent a lot of time inside as the weather was so awful, but we felt very cosy and protected. Highly recommended. Kathryn and Michael
We had a lovely few days at Tallerack - beautiful studio and fantastic views. I think about when we can stay again all the time !
Great place to stay in Albany, walking distance to shops restaurants etc. Quiet and peaceful street with fantastic views of the bay. Lou is a first class host with welcome pack containing all the essentials.
A beautiful and thoughtfully designed studio. The studio was everything we wanted for our stay in Albany warm, inviting, and close to Albany town centre - and that view! We truly appreciated the thoughtful little touches—cheese, crackers, bread, and delicious homemade goods—that made us feel right at home. Communication from the owners was excellent throughout. Highly recommended!
