For the first time I found a place that was pet friendly and very, very clean. When we arrived, I couldn't believe how perfect it was. They had left us fresh eggs, jam, fresh bread, and even milk. They had left the milk bottle behind the door early in the morning. I will definitely be returning to this house with my dogs. They even loved it there. We had the pleasure of staying at the fabulous Allotment Cottage in Albany. It was so special, the home had everything you needed. The Fire, the beautiful decor. Lou was an amazing host - nothing was too much trouble. The chickens in the backyard that you can feed and collect eggs......the whole experience was very hard to leave!!
Absolutely wonderful place to stay! It was just us two adults in this beautiful four bedroom property, and so were spoiled with the enormous amount of space and comfy beds to choose from. Our hosts left us fresh eggs from their chickens, and wonderful homemade jam and bread - all so delicious we didn't even need to go out for breakfast! Have recently stayed at the cottage. And wow what a beautiful place to stay, the cottage is so homely and so stunning and relaxing, which I need at the moment due to a recovering from a recent illness. The cottage is very central to town literally walking distance and has a stunning view of the port. Highly recommend and I will return again
A lovely, spacious family home to base ourselves at for a week. Close to everything if you want to walk or parking is easy.
