Dr. Sampalis changed my life. I have been to at least 4 eye doctors in the past 5 years all of them told me I had cataracts but they could wait to be taken care of, wrote me another prescription that didn’t work and sent me on my way. The day I met Dr. Sampalis she took one look at my eyes and told me I was done with glasses because the cataracts in my eyes would prohibit any prescription from correcting my vision. Horrible horrible "bedside manner". Rude. Cold. Got my prescription completely wrong. Wasted $$ on custom glasses only to not be able to see anything with them on. End of appt, walks me to their display of frames, and said "Take a look. Let us know if you like anything." and just walks away. End of story. No "Nice to meet you.", no "Thanks for coming in.".
