Dr. Sampalis changed my life. I have been to at least 4 eye doctors in the past 5 years all of them told me I had cataracts but they could wait to be taken care of, wrote me another prescription that didn’t work and sent me on my way. The day I met Dr. Sampalis she took one look at my eyes and told me I was done with glasses because the cataracts in my eyes would prohibit any prescription from correcting my vision. Horrible horrible "bedside manner". Rude. Cold. Got my prescription completely wrong. Wasted $$ on custom glasses only to not be able to see anything with them on. End of appt, walks me to their display of frames, and said "Take a look. Let us know if you like anything." and just walks away. End of story. No "Nice to meet you.", no "Thanks for coming in.". Everyone is the office was so welcoming. It was my first visit and I felt like I have been going there for years! I ordered glasses and it was so easy and they are already ready (in less than a week) Thank you
