And she denied my son she keeps telling me that I have to call the insurance because according to her she doesn’t take fidelis and she doesn’t have my son’s medical record.weve been coming to her clinic with no problem now she’s telling me she doesn’t remember us. It is time to look for new pediatric physicians.
