OK Sammy's is nothing special. All the food tends to be a little bit salty it leaves you with a very dry feeling in your mouth. Also the items on the menu seem to be a little pricey for what you get. One very nice thing about Sammy's is it is a great place to carry on a conversation.
Enjoyable experience Sammy's has great pizzas, and a terrific spinach salad. I always order a bowl of the onion soup- it's a unique soup and very delicious too! Reasonably priced, and well decorated. Staff is usually very friendly and helpful too.
Best salads They donated pizza and salad for Relay for Life. The Greek salad that they gave us was so good. We had people coming to the tent asking for refills the entire day. I prefer deep dish pizza over their pizza but I would go to get a salad.
great place to go before high school dances This used to be the place to take your date for a dance. They have gourmet pizzas, and a classy atmosphere that made for a perfect before the dance meal. I usually got the margherita pizza, it was great! But anything you try is great, and they are really flexible if you want something else on it.
