Wonderful meat. The owners - Sammy the Butcher and his wife will give you recipes or season the meat or cut it specially for you. They are like the butchers that my mom used to go to many years ago. A real personal touch. They know many of their customers by name. Sammy has been butchering for 15 years that I've been going to him, and maybe more.
We got the best steaks ever from Sammy. Him and his wife did a beautiful gift basket to give to our employees at Christmas with assorted meats and the quality was superior!
