Would give a negative 5 star. Got an oil change last Friday. Saturday car loses power and smokes. Find out 3 extra quarts of oil in car on Monday after a weekend of worrying about car and money. No apologies,. They suck three quarts out and want to send me on my way telling me that "it's fine, better than not enough" . I am so disappointed. Figured that Windham companies better than that. Affordable prices with great friendly customer service :) I would advise anyone to go to sammy's for an oil change or repairs! Kyle is such a hard working young gentlemen! Good job to all the men who work for sammy's! Keep up the good work!
I just got my oil pan put in my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee by these guys. Did it on the fly. Didn't have to make an appointment at all. They got a gasket brought right over and spent three hours getting it taken care of. Oil change, filter and pan installation. Impeccable work and really, really good guys. They saved my butt a year ago as well when my front caliper went and they stayed late after closing to fix it to make sure I was able to get home. I can't say enough good things about these guys.
