Great haircuts and reasonable priced
Do not rent an apartment from this man unless you want people going through your things without notice of entering apartment, telling you what type of toilet paper to use (single ply because he refuses to update the plumbing) and you never want to receive your security deposit. He has had two tennants in the past 20yrs and has ripped them both off. Him and his wife enter the apartment, without notice and do not care about complying with legal rights of tennants. I have been going to Sammy's barber shop for about 9 years now. I have never met a more honest and caring person than Sammy. I moved from Racine to Cedarburg about two years ago, but still make the hour trip to see him and catch up on personal experiences. After meeting him, you will not need to look any farther for a great haircut at a great price with exceptional conversation!
