Always wonderful. Dedicated, willing to do it alone. It motivates me
I have been a 3 year customer of Sammy's but I will never come back. Appointments mean nothing and when you ask about them they are extremely rude and boldface lie to you about what they said. I will never come back here...if I could leave negative stars, I would. My appointment was at 2:00. It is now 4:45 and my car has yet to be washed and they are still working on the inside. I've been called a lair and told their lack of ability to detail a car is my fault.
I went there because someone poured pancake mix and water all over my interior thru my sunroof. It was so bad. They got it all out and it looks brand new again. I tipped the detailer $40. He deserves more.
They always do such a good job on my car. Always looks brand new! Thanks for the wonderful service you always provide!
