It was very cold. my ribs had a lot of grizzled I them and top was burnt.

I'm a sucker for brisket. Theirs is the best around hands down. Just finished the smoked chicken Sammie (mind blown!). Staff is always fast and very friendly. Grab lunch here about once a week, haven't had anything but excellent BBQ and service every time.
Slow smoked southern Barbecue with a wide selection of sauces, everything from sweet to Habanero "FIRE". Boneless or traditional wings and fish with Daily Specials 6 days a week!!! Fast Friendly Service. I definitely give them 5 STARS!!!!
Well worth the trip to New Philly only an hour for me.
