Zero star if I could. This company totally took advantage of my daughter when she was alone in the dark, stuck in a ditch. She only needed towed out of the ditch, not anywhere further. It took him about 5 minutes, start to finish. The first thing he said to my daughter when he arrived was, "This is going to cost you $250.00, do you have a way to pay for that?" (What?!) They were called by a state trooper, so I'm not sure if they thought this was going to be classified as an accident with insurance and charged that ridiculous... read more
