We had a wonderful experience with Sammons Waterproofing. We had moisture problem under our house, & called 5-6 companies to come out and give us recommendations for a resolution. Chip was wonderful to work with - he took pictures & throughly explained his recommendations and our options. We felt like he honestly wanted to help us & not just sell us his services. It has been over a month since Sammon's finished the job. I wanted to wait for a period of time before writing a review so that I could fully understand the results. I guess I should explain first that my crawl space is really not a crawl space in that it has a ceiling height of anywhere from 5 feet to 7 feet. Years ago I had cement poured in about 1/3 of the area to use for storage. Due to the moisture, that was a mistake and should have had Sammon's do the work then.
