I have been going to Sammons income tax firm since 1995. And I can tell you since Brian and his sister passing, his company went from best in class to the worst tax company around. I needed a copy of my 2020 tax returns they prepared because they didn’t give me a copy that year. And four years later I am audited by the IRS. I reached out to obtain a copy for about a month trying to just get copies of my taxes in which they claimed to emailed me in 2020.
