Since Alex named me personally in his review, I am replying to this personally to correct several facts: 1- First, Alex did not purchase any glasses from Sammamish Vision Center so he wasn’t tricked into buying anything as he implies. 2- Alex filed a complaint with the BBB about his visit with us, who investigated and found his complaint had no merit. 3- Alex wanted his 5 year old custom made glasses duplicated exactly. Stay away from this place!!! The office manager Steve will mislead you and then plays dumb when you call him out on it. The staff in general could put more effort into customer service. I was assured that the lens for my glasses would be 100% covered by my VSP insurance company after he contacted them directly so I went out of my way to go to their office for a visit. Since I was new to the area, I went in to get my annual eye exam. The Doctor saw something that concerned her and she spent an additional 1/2 hour to investigate. It turned out that it saved my eyesight from a progressive problem that no other Doctor had caught! I was not even charged for the extra work she did. I liked the casual, caring attitudes of the staff - they took the time to address my questions and concerns. If you have children, the Doctor works well with them too!
