SAMM has been the best living experience I’ve had since moving in 3 months ago! Cris initially gave me a tour at Vale and loved the community but didn’t have the floor plan I desired at that time; Cris then gave me a tour at their sister property SAMM. He took the time to find the perfect home for us & Andy has been amazing taking care of our needs. Tonight’s event was the best community engagement experienced!
Great event tonight here at the SAMM, the staff provided an amazing barbecue, food was delicious with lovely presentation. It was a terrific way to build community in our living space. We appreciate our excellent staff. Jeff & Patsy Sullivan
Thank you for the apartment cause I like everything, and like all of the other stuff, and I really like the two windows cause I can see when the garbage truck was going by. We absolutely love living here! The staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely gets to know residents by name, which makes it feel like home. The community events are always fun, and we’ve always felt very safe in the building. The sense of community is the biggest reason we love living here, and we’re so grateful to call it home.
Super nice apartments with super nice staff. My boyfriend recently moved in here and experienced a few hiccups with the blinds and dishwasher, but maintenance took care of it within a week. The location is convenient, secluded and quiet (at least where our unit is located).
