Brock and the management team are very welcoming and make the community feel like home. A big thank you to Andy from maintenance—he responded to our request incredibly fast and had everything fixed in no time. Super friendly, reliable, and professional. The whole team does a great job keeping the property well-maintained!
It’s good place to live . Modern inside Maintenance people are very good and friendly always on time and do their best ( Andy) and leasing office people also are very friendly and helpful . The only bad experience is noise

I’d choose to rent somewhere else if you don’t want to possibly move while you still have 8 months left on your lease. I lived at Samm for a little over a year and at Vale for 2 yrs prior (both owned by Thrive Communities). The previous leasing manager when I lived at Vale was great so we decided to sign with Samm since she was also managing this property.
