I lived here for 3 years, and overall, it was a mixed experience. Pros: - Friendly staff (for the most part) - Great location: close to grocery stores and Issaquah restaurants - Quiet, walkable neighborhood Cons: - Street-facing units (like mine) can be noisy — leaf blowers (they can go over 100 dB) at least twice a week lasting for an hour, plus early-morning garbage trucks - Extra "admin fees" to pay rent online, plus a one-time fee just to sign up for the package locker - Rent increases at renewal were steep — I was able ... read more
From the very first time we toured this apartment back in April, it immediately felt like home. The management team has been absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process—friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. A special shoutout to Savannah from the management team—she’s incredibly sweet and thoughtful.
