Just moved into SAMM Apartments and everything has been exceptional. The view is stunning, the building is spotless, and the staff has been incredibly helpful. Jake and Savannah, Aaron, Cristina, and Andy !!! were extremely accommodating and made the move-in process smooth. Great first impression — highly recommend! Thank you Andy!!
Nice staff, clean and modern building. Unit was nice and with a great layout. I gave it four stars because I feel the parking fee is higher than it should be.
I lived here for 3 years, and overall, it was a mixed experience. Pros: - Friendly staff (for the most part) - Great location: close to grocery stores and Issaquah restaurants - Quiet, walkable neighborhood Cons: - Street-facing units (like mine) can be noisy — leaf blowers (they can go over 100 dB) at least twice a week lasting for an hour, plus early-morning garbage trucks - Extra "admin fees" to pay rent online, plus a one-time fee just to sign up for the package locker - Rent increases at renewal were steep — I was able ... read more
