I called this gentlemen cause I was broken down & was in need of some serious help. It caught me a little off guard cause he asked me my skin color & then proceeded to tell me cause of my skin color he wouldn't be able to help me. After that I figured I'd go by this business to see what was going on. There were two other work vans out front that one of the neighbors told me they don't even run.
