I waited a month for an appointment just for them to call me the day before and tell me I can’t be seen. His front desk hung up on me while I was still talking. I’ve been sick for weeks on end and for them to do this right before my appointment is beyond unprofessional. This should’ve been communicated with me weeks ago so I could’ve found someone else that’s able to treat me.
