I’m a tenant for one of Saminski’s many properties that was bought a couple years ago. I’ve now been a tenant here for almost 10 years and since Saminski management took over, living has improved significantly. Alex and his team (José and Jim, the plumber) have consistently provided exceptional service. Although I try to limit my repair requests, when I do need assistance, they respond promptly and often resolve the issue the same day. As a local realtor, I find this level of service invaluable.

They have a full team of professionals that deal with tenants, questions, emergencies, issues and any maintenance.
