When I tried to ask a question I was told not to interrupt her and when she was done speaking then I would be able to ask questions. Didn’t appreciate how I was treated.
If we could rate her negative zero stars, It would sum up our whole experience. My husband was her patient last month, he was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease last year. He went to her for help, and we had asked her if there was any way that he could improve upon his movement and other symptoms with this disease. If only I could rate 0 stars. Completely disregarded everything my fiance who has traumatic brain injury, had to say. Argued with him and made him feel emotionally attacked and he left with more trauma than when he arrived. Definitely filing a complaint, this is NOT how you treat your patients.
Does not listen to patients at all. Pushed for daily medication (against my opinion) and admitted she did not know what the side effects would be because she had not prescribed it before. Felt like a child who did not know my own body.
Wasn’t listened to at all. Kept interrupting me and telling me what I was saying was wrong even though I was just telling her my symptoms. Left in tears after she basically verbally attacked me just to find out when I went up to the front desk that I’m not the first person to file a complaint against her.
