when we went to their Covina office for orthopedic visit. Dr.Berkay Unal Was very nice Professional and Knowledgeable about my fracture. My husband and I really liked him. We will be going back to this office for our care. All the girls at the front desk and people working throughout this office were helpful and very kind and friendly. #Ortho@SamimiMD.com

If I could give zero stars I would. I called to make a first appt. for a hip surgeon. The receptionist that answered the phone was the rudest person ever. She kept asking me if my Athem Blue Cross Medi- cal was an hmo or a ppo,I have never been asked that before,then she asked me to send a pic of my ins cards,still gave me the hardest time saying that was medicare not medi- cal and I said no I also have straight medicare as my primary.
