Samia was such a joy to work with! She did a wonderful job making our new remodel feel like home, and she knocked it out of the park with the style we were going for. Samia helped make our dreams of a modern Tuscan kitchen a reality. She was patient with us and provided prompt feedback and information when we requested it. Just had an interior design consultation session with Samia. She gave wonderful advice for my painting project and prepped me for my next ones. Renovating home is fun and also stressful at times, so I miscalculated our time and paid her more than what she has quoted me for. Samia immediately refunded me the extra amount. I’ve got to say it was a true pleasure photographing this gorgeous Irvine residence with you. One thing that I was struck by was how you were able to both revamp the otherwise closed space to a modern, airy and bright open plan residence full of daylight.  . I have photographed 100’s of homes over the years and one thing I consistently see with flip properties (in this price range) is owners try to cut corners with architectural finishes and it shows right away with either shoddy workmanship or cheap materials.
