If I could give negative stars I would. Like a negative 5000!!! She doesn’t even deserve the title. Not once was her personal schedule interfere with work. She just doesn’t show up. Last minute the night before to go on vacation or the sitter is sick or she is and they’re covering. Karen? Yes the names fitting. She will lie to your face as to why she’s not there but that isn’t until they overcharge you for an appointment with a nurse practitioner. Which I was NEVER made aware of.
