My experience with the office in northern Fresno has been spectacular. All the doctors, assistants and personnel have been so professional. And Doctor Ghaffar has need a truly great experience. Dr. Ghaffar is a horrible person! I went to her seeking help for chronic back pain. She kept me waiting for a full hour before seeing me. One of her staff actually came into the room to ask me if I was still there after about 45 minutes. There was nobody in the waiting room before me! When she finally came into the room she was extremely rude and curt and condescending to me. She treated me like I was an annoyance rather then as someone in pain seeking help. Dr. Gahaffar did an extraordinary job with my mom’s surgery. She took her time on my mom’s operation although it was a complicated operation. She started early morning with my mom at 5:30 am for her operation and came in at 9 pm to follow up with her personally to see how my mom was doing. After the operation she spoke to the family to give us an update on how things went. The surgery took place at Clovis Community Hospital. She was always respectful and understanding when we spoke to her. Highly recommended.
Dr Ghaffar is , by far, one of the best doctors I have ever had. She is professional, super int elligent, kind and very thorough. I had been suffering for several years with debilitating lower back pain. She did my spinal fusion on L4 and L5 nine months ago, and performed it so well, I have a new lease on life!! I take very little pain medication.....ice is my new best friend!!!!!! If you are experiencing back pain, please seek an opinion from Dr Ghaffar. You'll love her staff as well.!!!
